Shipping and Packaging

Shipping a painting will usually take 1-7 days. This is of course, subject to change according to season. If you as the buyer have special requests it’s possible the shipping will take longer.

Packaging is usually a strong cardboard box with bubblewrap and filler paper. I try my best to secure each piece as soundly as possible into its shipping container. If your painting is damaged in shipment please contact me as soon as possible so we can address any concerns. 

Rush Orders 

If you require an order to be rushed please reach out and let me know. I will do my best to help you get what you need. There may be additional costs to rushing a delivery.

Postal Service

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive please contact langloisfineart@gmail.com with all queries and I’ll do my best to help. If the shipment arrives damaged or is lost or if you have and other issues with your shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out and I’ll see what I can do to make things right. 

Returned Packages 

Please contact me if you have any issues with your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your order, or for any other reason. I am happy to accept returns within a 30 day window from when you receive your package. 

Customs and Import Taxes 

All customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes or fees that might apply to the country that they are shipping to.

Shipping times will vary according to season and demand. Currently from time of order placed shipment takes about 1-7 business days.
